Act now to protect our green roads!

The Government (DEFRA) are holding a ‘Landscapes Review Consultation’ which questions whether the Government should legislate to restrict the recreational use of motor vehicles on unsealed and minor tarmac roads, either with protected landscapes or everywhere. 

​

This could mean access to all ‘green lanes’ including those used recreationally by trail riders, and those used as part of ACU competition could be stopped. 

​

We need you to respond to the Government Consultation, making clear that you do not support restricting access for motor vehicles, and the importance of motorcycling for recreation, health and well being, sport, local economy, and enjoyment of the countryside. 

​

The deadline for responding is 9th April 2022, and we need you to ACT NOW!
