Tilford Iconic Show 26th July 2026

 

The Classic and Iconic Motorcycle Show was held at the Rural Life Living Museum, Tilford.

 

Organised by Dave Allaway and colleagues from the Museum, this was the inaugural edition of what we hope will be a regular event.

It coincided with the TVR car club summer meeting, so there was a great variety of motor vehicles on display!

Witley MCC had a great turnout of members plus friends and family, and a total of 21 machines were on our stand, ranging from Ian Hayward's 1929 Sunbeam, by way of Gordon Kerr's Honda CBX, to George Cockett's new BMW!

There was a correspondingly good turnout of visitors and a lot of interest in our Club and the machinery on display.

Particularly good news to see Claire out and about and enjoying the day with Shaun, and also among others  Derek Prior, and Paul Jay back from Portugal for a while.
